Delivery Policy

Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your order and clearance of payment for delivery of goods. Orders will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Refund/Returns Policy

You may request a refund for our orgasmatron, for any reason.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Our customer service advisors will ensure that your return is handled as quickly as possible.

Unused Purchases

All unused purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or Faulty Goods.

If your purchase is less than 30 days old we will replace the item with a new one. If your purchase is older than 30 days then we will either arrange replacement or repair if applicable and then ship the item back to you as soon as possible.
